Water Heater Repair

Our goal is to get your water heater up and running as economically and as quickly as possible. We always look to see if a repair is possible first.

Water Heater Replacement

Whether you are being proactive or reactive, we are able to replace any style water heater; atmospheric, power vent, direct vent, electric, or tankless.

Gas Valve Replacement

One of the most common repairs we see is the gas valve. This is what controls flow of gas and the feedback from your thermocouple or thermopile.

Temperature & Pressure Valve Replacement

Your T&P valve is extremely important to be working properly. Without a T&P valve, your water heater could blow up if the temperature or pressure got too high from a system failure. It is highly recommended to test it annually.

Thermocouple & Thermopile Replacement

The second most common repairs we see is the thermocouple or thermopile. This is what tells your system gas valve if your pilot light is working or not. This is a safety feature to help prevent a gas leak from your water heater.

Water Heater Preventative Mainenance

Flushing your new water heater is very important to increase the longevity of your water heater. We do education on how to do this or we can come out and do it for you!

I talked to Paul on the phone about replacing our water heater. He was very friendly and he made everything super simple. Jonathan and Gabriel installed the new water heater and replaced the shutoff valve as it was dripping. They were both very friendly. Jonathan walked me through how to shut it off, flush it out, adjust the heat, and how to fix it if the light were to stop flashing. I appreciate how simple they made everything and how willing they were to educate me on how my new water heater works.

I called and Jonathon answered right away. Communication is so great and not what we've grown accustom to. It was absolutely refreshing. He sent someone over the next business day to grab some pictures and get a quote. The next day after that they were here installing. I called The Water Heater guys on a Saturday because we had a leak in our utility room. They responded and asked me to send pictures of the issue, and were able (and willing!) to diagnose what was going on and help me by looking at the pictures and talking me through it. That let us get the water back on and avoid an emergency charge. I’m so thankful that they were so knowledgeable and helpful!!!

Very knowledgeable and responsive to my phone calls.. not everyone makes answering the phone or calling back a priority.. and some of the ones that do call back seem to be irritated about it when they are busy. My water heater replacement wasn't an emergency but he showed up when they said he would and was courteous, professional, and cleaned up after himself. No surprise fees. Would highly recommend.

We messaged the Water Heater Guys after hours. It’s was around 5:30pm on a Wednesday and about 30 minutes after, we received a phone call and a quote. They offered to come in the morning. Can you believe that? They came at 9am, got a permit, told us our air vent wasn’t up to code, fixed it, exchanged the water heater, and had inspection done by noon. I’m so impressed! Very friendly and professional from the start with the person answering my phone call to the guys that came to service my water heater. I called at 11:30am to request service and by 2pm two gentleman were at our house to diagnose the issue with the unit. They did a great job explaining our options for fixing or replacing and had parts and a new water heater on the truck to provide fast service for whatever option we chose. Once the new water heater was installed they went over the parts of the unit with us and explained basic maintenance. Great experience working with The Water Heater Guys!
